International Ordering and Shipping Information

Do you accept international orders?

Yes. We ship directly to our international customers worldwide.

What payments do you accept?

We accept Paypal, wire transfer and Western Union for all international orders. Please call 408-890-6299 for detailed instructions.

We also accept credit card orders from selective countries such as Canada, UK, Germany, etc. You can download our credit card order form (PDF) here.

Do you ship to APO, FPO address?

Yes we ship to APO, FPO military addresses via USPS (postal office).

When placing your order online, select AA, AE, or AP as the state, and United States (US) as the country, enter your zip code as usual, so the proper shipping options are presented.

How do you ship international orders?

We ship via UPS, FedEx, DHL and USPS (postal office).

We highly recommend you select a shipping option that provides a tracking number.

We can ship via USPS (postal office) but it is not recommended except for APO, FPO military orders.

How long will it take to deliver?

It typically takes 3~7 business days for orders shiped with UPS, FedEx or DHL.

For USPS orders, the delivery time can vary a lot depending on your country. It can take from 1 week to up to 4 weeks.

Do you have a location in my country?

We currently have offices in US only and we ship international orders directly from US.
