How to set up a Net 30 account

Fiber Optics For Sale Co. accepts Purchase Orders from approved, USA-based customers. The payment term is Net 30.

To open an account with us, simply follow the 3 steps below.

1. Download our credit application form (PDF) . You can also use your own credit reference letter.
2. Fax the form to 408-273-6592 attn: Account Receivable. Or email it to ar@fo4sale.com
3. Don't forget to attach your initial purchase order.

* Note: Government Agencies or Public Schools are not required to provide credit information

For other customers including international customers, we have many other payment options.
