Please call 408-890-6299 to get a RMA authorization number first. We reserve the right to reject returns without an authorization number.
Once you get the RMA number, you can ship the items back to the following address.
You can return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.
Custom made products such as custom made fiber patch cables, custom cut length fiber optic cables, books, videos and DVDs.
We will refund back to your credit card within 2 business days after we receive the returned items.
