The Multilink family of Fiber Optic Splice Closures is designed to provide the flexibility and simplicity of managing and storing fiber in the network. The unique design of the cable sealing and closure allows for repeated entrances and closings of each closure in the family. The product line supports both inline and Butt splice configurations and requires no heat, adhesives, mastic material, or any powered tools for installation.

The Starfighter 3000-F is a high capacity splice closure designed for major splice points in the network. The closure supports both inline and Butt configurations and is expandable utilizing an optional cable expension kit. The closure utilizes gasketed sealing along with a patented Multicentric cable seal which allows for mid-span access to the largest cables. The closure can be used in both above and below grade applications.

1. Cable Entries: 4 - inline, 2 per end; with 3000-CAK permits 4 cables per end
2. Cable O.D.: Four 0.30" to 1.1", up to eight with 3000-CAK cable expension kit
3. Splice Trays: Up to six 3030-SSTP or 3000-SSTA trays; or up to twelve 3030-SSTP or 3000-SSTA trays with 3000-CAK
4. Splice Capacity: 144 single fuse, or 288 mass fuse; up to 576 mass fuse or 288 Single fuse with 3000-CAK
5. Supports both inline or Butt configurations
6. Integrated "F" pressure testing valve and grounding lugs
7. Weight: 10 lbs
8. Suitable for both above or below grade installations
9. Constructed with impact and corrosion resistant materials
10. Equipped with all parts required for normal splicing applications
11. Dimensions: 21(L) x 8.5(W) x 4.5(D) inch
12. Mid-access cables up to 1.1" in diameter
