This new and improved Elastomeric Lab Splice is ideal for making temporary fiber connections and can be reused hundreds of times. To install splice for instrument testing, simply insert a cleaved pigtail from OTDR or power meter to the cleaved unconnectorized fiber to be tested. Excellent for both multimode and single mode fiber, the splice accepts fiber cladding diameter of 125um to 140um. The Lab Splices are supplied in blister packs of 6 (containing one of each color: watermelon, peach, lemon, lime, blueberry and grape) or 12 (containing 2 of each color).
