This handheld dual 850nm/1300nm Multimode LED source provides a stable source for use in point-to-point attenuation measurements. The lightweight and rugged design is built for demanding cable installation environments.
This unit utilizes 62.5/125um multimode fiber and the output can be switched between continuous wave and 2kHz modulated wave. Output power is greater than -18dBm(-20dBm with MTRJ adapter). Source linewidth is <50nm with power stability at +/-0.05dB over a 8 hours time range.
It also features all the industry standard adapters such as FC/UPC, SC/UPC, ST, D4, E2000, FC/APC and SC/APC. Please remember to choose your desired adapter when ordering.
