The QbE lint free wipes from Chemtronics are effective for "wet" or "dry" (with Electro-Wash solvent) connector cleanings. When combined with the Electro-Wash solvent, each QbE provides up to 300 cleanings per box.
This heavy-duty lint-free wiping material won't shred or tear. It is tough enough for removal of cable gel and soft enough for cleaning ferrule end faces.
Instructions:
Simply pull a wipe over the neoprene platen, which prevents endface scratching, and draw the connector over the wipe in a linear motion. The cleaning platen provides an ideal cleaning surface.
