12-Position Fiber Optic Splice Tray (Starfighter Style, Aluminum Base)

This 12-position fiber optic splice tray is designed for safe routing, organization, and protection of optical fibers and splices in splice closures, wall-mount enclosures, and rack-mount patch and splice panels. The tray supports multiple splice types while maintaining proper fiber bend radius and secure buffer tube management.

The tray accommodates fusion, mechanical, or mass ribbon fiber splices and supports both in-line and butt configurations with buffer tube entry points on both ends. An aluminum base provides added rigidity, while the clear plastic lid allows easy visual inspection of splices without disturbing fibers. The tray is designed to meet Telecordia GR-769 requirements for splice organizer assemblies.
