The AccuCure™ ACD-48 Fiber Optic Epoxy Curing Oven is a precision-controlled curing system designed for fiber optic connector termination, epoxy curing, and production assembly applications. Equipped with two 24-port curing blocks, the oven accommodates up to 48 fiber optic connectors simultaneously, providing an efficient solution for laboratory, manufacturing, and field assembly environments.

Powered by advanced PID microprocessor temperature control technology, the AccuCure™ delivers highly stable and uniform heating across all curing positions. Unlike conventional analog curing ovens that can experience significant temperature drift, the AccuCure maintains exceptional temperature accuracy and repeatability, helping ensure consistent epoxy curing results and improved process control.

The digital temperature controller features 0.1°C display resolution for precise temperature monitoring and adjustment, while the integrated timer allows operators to easily manage curing cycles.
