The Fluke Networks CIQ-KRQ CableIQ Residential Kit combines the versatility of the Fluke Networks CableIQ Qualification Tester with all the necessary wire/cable adapters and patch cords for residential cabling systems to qualify and troubleshoot any voice, VoIP, 10/100/1000 Ethernet, and CATV networks.
The CIQ-KRQ kit consists of CableIQ unit, RJ45 & RJ11 patch cord (2ea), USB cable, bare wire adapter, speaker wire adapter, coax cable, BNC adapter, RCA adapter, "Qualified" labels (50), CD ROM, getting started guide, AA batteries, and soft carrying case.
The main novelty in the CableIQ is its ability to simultaneously troubleshoot and qualify cabling bandwidth. The CableIQ provides detailed information on the nature and location of cabling performance faults as well as the locations of the cables themselves. An intelligent wiremap displays any cable's wiring configuration graphically and shows the distance to opens and shorts. Its advanced diagnostics is used to identify and locate non-wiremap related connection faults such as crosstalk and large impedance changes. The built-in IntelliTone digital technology allows you to tone and trace without disconnecting from the network.
