FS-S5500-48F6S, 48-Port Gigabit Ethernet L3 Switch, 48 x 1G SFP, with 6 x 10Gb SFP+ Uplinks, Support Stacking

FS-S5500-48F6S is a high-performance Layer 3 Ethernet switch with 48x 1000M SFP and 6x 10Gb SFP+ ports. The FSOS delivers robust feature support, supporting multiple services like IPv6, VPN and network security based on L2/L3/L4 wire-speed switching service. It also supports non-stop upgrade, continuous forwarding, graceful restarting and redundancy protection.

Built from the ground up with the combination of advanced hardware and software, the switch provides a powerful Layer 3 routing solution for next generation enterprise, data center, Metro and HCI (Hyper Converged Infrastructure) networks.

Connectivity Solutions

Gigabit Access Switch with 10G Uplinks
Gigabit ports for access switches or servers, 10G ports for aggregation switches.

Supports Virtual Stacking, Flexible Networking Performance
8 units between same models stacking to increase bandwidth for future network expansion, and simplify management.

1+1 Hot-Swappable Power Supplies and 3 Smart Fans
The dual power supplies can be replaced without shutting down the system, and the variable-speed fans with left-to-right airflow automatically adjust fan speed to reduce power draw.

QoS (Quality of Service) for Better Traffic Control
Provides different priorities to different applications, users, or data flows to reduce packet loss, latency, and jitter on a network.

Voice VLAN Gives Priority to Guaranteeing VoIP Quality
Voice VLAN makes VoIP do not have to contend with all the broadcasts and other traffic from the data VLAN, ensuring it is transmitted preferentially, reducing packet loss and latency.
