The US Conec 18472 Ferrule Insertion Cap is used to align ferrule, spring, and spring push into the MTP® housing. Prevent any part of the ferrule guide from touching the fiber area of the ferrule endface to avoid fiber tip damage and follow the instructions for installing the MTP, MTP PRO, or MTP-16 housing assembly. Sold 50 caps per package.
