This Quick Cure Epoxy is a professional-grade, two-component, 100% solids heat-curing adhesive designed specifically for high-temperature fiber optic applications. It is engineered to provide high-reliability bonding in demanding environments and features excellent glass-to-ceramic bonding, making it an ideal choice for singlemode applications. The epoxy is supplied in pre-measured, two-part 4-gram bi-packs to ensure the correct mix ratio and eliminate waste. This bulk 50-pack is designed for high-volume production, with each 4-gram packet capable of preparing 50–70 fiber optic connectors.

A key feature of this epoxy is its color-change chemistry; the adhesive transitions from amber to red upon reaching a full cure, providing a clear visual confirmation for the technician. With an extended pot life and a high-speed curing schedule, it is optimized for maximum productivity both in production environments and the field.
