The BURNDY BND100 Die Kit is assembled specifically for central office installation, electrical maintenance, and general construction applications requiring the BURNDY® Y750 hydraulic crimping tool. The kit provides 14 distinct, highly utilized color-coded die sets along with a robust 24-compartment metal storage case to keep essential components organized and protected in the field.
This kit is designed to crimp #8 AWG up to 750 kcmil (MCM) copper lugs and splices, as well as H-Taps rated for 500 kcmil or less. If operation with the BURNDY Y-46C is required, the optional PUADP1 die adapter is necessary (sold separately).
