Functioning as a comprehensive verifier, this device accurately indicates equipment type and utilizes a built-in LAN speedometer to verify link speed and duplex (10, 100, 1000 MB/s, full or half duplex).
Designed for field technicians and network engineers, the TVR1G includes an inline network activity monitor that displays negotiated speed and duplex between two active LAN devices. The unit also features a straight-through/crossover cable simulator and a dedicated cable test port to quickly check for continuity, opens, shorts, and splits. Additionally, it integrates Power over Ethernet (PoE) detection capabilities for modern network deployments.
