The AEMC 2141.02 Model 6417 Clamp-On Ground Resistance Tester enables the measurement of ground rod, grid resistance, and impedance without requiring the use of auxiliary rods. Engineered for quick field checks, this instrument accurately measures leakage current flowing to ground or circulating to ground loops from 0.2mA to 40A, as well as ground resistances from 0.01Ω to 1500Ω. Featuring a 35mm clamp diameter, the unit easily accommodates standard grounding cables and test points.
The Model 6417 is equipped with an alarm function containing an adjustable set point and buzzer, test frequency selection, touch voltage indication, and loop resistance indication. A large organic display ensures high visibility in various lighting conditions.
