The EXFO OX1-PRO-I-88-00 Installation Fiber Tester PRO Kit adds Link Mapper to the OX1 Optical Explorer. The Optical Fiber Multimeter (OFM), with 4" touch screen, built-in power checker and light source, is designed for link verification with embedded fault tracking. The main features are:

The Fault Explorer displays insertion loss, optical return loss and fiber length on good links within 5 seconds, as well as tracks suspicious events, locates and identifies issues. The Link Mapper function locates faults by reading their relative position. Flash Advisor 3-second check of link length and quality will provide a diagnosis, based on 5-star rating. The fiber tester can be used as a light source in continuous mode or modulated signal. It can also check power level and loss. Pair the OX1 with TestFlow mobile app for cloud-storage and full documentation. The rechargeable battery provides over 10 hours of continuous operation.
