Franklin CADD-5000 CELLTRON™ Advantage Basic Battery Test Kit
The Franklin CADD-5000 KIT is the basic configuration of the CELLTRON™ Advantage Digital platform, designed for technicians maintaining stationary battery systems behind UPS cabinets and critical power equipment. Utilizing advanced conductance-based diagnostics, it provides a highly accurate and reliable predictor of a battery's end of life, enabling maintenance teams to plan replacements well before failure.
Note: The CADD-5000 Basic Kit does not include probe or clamp test leads. It is designed to be paired with compatible interchangeable light-up probe and clamp interfaces (sold separately) for complete testing capabilities.
Engineered for Critical Power Environments
UPS systems and constant power supply switching create electrical noise that can cause standard testers to fail. The CELLTRON™ Advantage Digital tester is built specifically to deliver accurate readings in these high-noise conditions.
- Dual-Microprocessor Architecture: Withstands the electrical noise generated by UPS and battery systems.
- Edge Rejection Technology: Filters anomalies at both the beginning and end of each sample signal to produce cleaner, more precise state-of-health measurements.
- Rapid Diagnostics: Completes tests in 3 to 4 seconds after connection to positive and negative posts.
- Safety Protection: A fast-acting protection relay disconnects within milliseconds when more than 23.3 volts reaches the probes.
Data Management & Connectivity
Test results are easily exported for reporting and trend analysis without requiring extra proprietary hardware.
- Built-in Wi-Fi: Wirelessly transfer test data and configurations to the web-based UNITE™ software platform.
- USB 2.0 Integration: Export test data directly to a flash drive or connect directly to a PC.
- Internal Storage: Holds up to 50 string locations, each with 240 test results.
