The Franklin Electric CGS3-100-06V-12V is a non-invasive wireless battery sensor engineered exclusively for the CELLGUARD™ Wireless Battery Monitoring System (BMS). It provides highly accurate battery state-of-health data by measuring and analyzing critical metrics, including voltage, conductance, strap resistance, temperature, and idle current. Using patented conductance technology and secure mesh routing communication, the sensor integrates reliably into demanding industrial power environments.
Compatible with both VRLA and VLA battery types, this swappable sensor ensures continuous, safe operation without disrupting the battery infrastructure. It features field-upgradable firmware and functions alongside the CGBC-350 Base Coordinator Unit (sold separately). System deployment requires one sensor per cell or jar.
