Platinum Tools TNC950AR Net Chaser Ethernet Speed Certifier

Platinum Tools TNC950AR Net Chaser Ethernet Speed Certifier

The Platinum Tools TNC950AR Net Chaser Ethernet Speed Certifier with Active Remote is an advanced diagnostic instrument engineered to verify the data-carrying capabilities of Ethernet network cables up to 1 Gb/s. Designed for network engineers and technicians, it ensures cabling systems can robustly support active equipment speeds by testing for network noise, locating wiring faults, and validating PoE operations. It also verifies continuity across both RJ45 and coaxial connections.

Key Engineering Capabilities

• Speed Certification: Verifies Ethernet network cable capabilities up to 1 Gb/s to ensure robust data performance.
• Fault Detection: Utilizes built-in Time Domain Reflectometry (TDR) technology to accurately locate cable faults and measure lengths.
• Advanced Diagnostics: Executes Bit Error Rate Tests (BERT) and measures Power over Ethernet (PoE) capacity.
• Network Protocol Support: Provides full functionality for both IPv4 and IPv6 protocols, telephone service detection, and comprehensive VLAN discovery.
