This Micropatch RS232 interface adapter is engineered for reconfiguring DB25 serial ports, prototyping custom pinouts, and field-testing serial connections. By utilizing a configurable printed circuit board (PCB) enclosed within a high-impact plastic housing, technicians can rapidly implement and alter multiple or single-sided connections alongside standard, straight-through, or existing custom cables.

- Flexible Reconfiguration: Integrated board configuration includes 60 sockets and buss strips (25 + 25 + 2x3 + 1x4) for comprehensive pinout customization.
- Reusable Jumper System: Supplied with 2-inch, 24-AWG solid jumper wires (stripped at both ends) for easy insertion, removal, and reuse.
- Reliable Sockets: Utilizes gold-plated, silicone-covered, mini-spring insertion sockets that can be optionally soldered for permanent configurations.
- Pre-Wired Grounds: Pins 1 and 7 are pre-wired directly on the internal PC board.
- Protective Housing: A molded, high-impact plastic enclosure securely closes over the jumper wires to protect custom wiring during active operation.
