The Triplett CTX200PA Pocket CAT™ RJ45/Coax Cable Tester is a rugged, field-ready verification tool designed for rapid continuity and wire-mapping checks on communication and network cabling. It instantly identifies opens, shorts, reversals, and split pairs, providing immediate pass or fail results for TIA-568 tests on CAT5 and CAT6 network cables.

In addition to standard twisted-pair testing, the unit features an integrated tone mode for troubleshooting and tracing various unenergized cables, including electrical wire, LAN, multi-conductor, telephone, and alarm systems. The included inductive probe allows network engineers and technicians to easily trace and isolate specific cables within dense bundles or cross-connects.
